Pay: $20-23/hr (DOE)
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, off WED, Thursday, Friday (9:30-6:30) Saturday- 8-4

What We’re Looking For
Primary Duties:
- Greet clients & pets warmly; manage check-in & check-out processes
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, handle client communication clearly
- Process payments, forms, and client paperwork accurately
- Facilitate prescription refills, lab results, and follow-ups
- Assist with urgent care client triage and basic office duties
- Maintain a clean, organized reception/front desk area
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a veterinary receptionist/CSR in a fast-paced clinic
- Strong communication and customer service skills; able to educate clients about preventative care and wellness
- Comfortable multi-tasking, managing phone + in-clinic traffic + paperwork
- Familiarity with Cornerstone software is a plus
- Reliability and willingness to work a flexible schedule depending on business needs.
Schedule & Logistics
- Schedule is Wed/Sundays off so this is a split schedule
- Strong candidates who are flexible and dependable will fit well here

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
