Job Description:
- Manage export-import systems to ensure smooth, timely, and efficient operations
- Handle the delivery process (Raw Material, Packaging Material, etc.)
- Perform custom clearance processes for export and import along with all required permits
- Classify HS Codes and Certificates of Origin (COO)
- Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Legal teams for the management of Import License Letters
- Build and maintain good relationships with ministries, customs authorities, and related vendors
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a related major
- At least 2 years of experience in the export-import field
- Strong understanding of custom clearance processes, export-import regulations, and related permits
- Proficient in HS Code and COO classification
- Able to communicate and negotiate with various parties, including ministries, customs authorities, and vendors
- Detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and able to work within tight deadlines
