Job Responsibilities:
Facility Maintenance: Â Oversee cleanliness and functionality of office infrastructure (workstations, meeting rooms, kitchen, etc.).
Customer Service: Â Act as a point of contact for member requests and address facility-related issues.
Health & Safety: Â Ensure adherence to
safety protocols
and cleanliness standards.
Inventory Management
: Â Monitor and manage office supplies, furniture, and equipment inventory.
Security: Â Ensure security systems are functioning and maintain access control.
Vendor Coordination: Â Liaise with external vendors for services like cleaning and maintenance.
Administrative Tasks: Â Assist in reporting space usage and handling service requests.
Event Support: Â Help organize and assist with coworking space events and activities.
Billing & Documentation: Â Support billing processes for extra services and maintain related records.
Candidate Requirement:
Proven experience as facilities Executive or relevant position from 1-3 years.
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices
Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles
Excellent verbal and written
communication skills
Good analytical
/
critical thinking
Any degree in facility management, engineering, business administration or relevant field
Please Note:
6 days working (Monday to Saturday)
Preferred candidates from Co working companies with relevant experience.
