Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

* Manage daily accounting and financial transactions.

* Maintain petty cash and bank transaction records.

* Support monthly financial reporting, invoicing, receipt processing, and payment follow-up.

* Assist with payroll processing and staff reimbursement claims.

* Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax offices, and government authorities.

Administration

* Maintain office administration and filing systems.

* Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation.

* Manage procurement of office supplies and operational purchases.

* Maintain employee records and administrative documentation.

* Liaise with suppliers and contractors when required.

Job Requirements

·     Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

·     Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.

·     Good knowledge of accounting principles.

·     Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

·     Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.

·     Honest, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.

·     Good communication skills in Myanmar and English.

·     Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
