An established public accounting firm is seeking an organized and proactive Firm Administrator to oversee daily operations and support firm leadership and staff. This is a fully in-office position based in West Los Angeles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, scheduling, and internal communications
- Support billing, accounts receivable, timekeeping, and vendor payments
- Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, employee records, and benefits administration
- Maintain confidential client, employee, and firm records
- Manage relationships with vendors, technology providers, and building management
- Coordinate tax-season staffing and administrative workflows
- Improve internal procedures and operational efficiency
- Assist leadership with special projects and firmwide initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous office administration or firm operations experience
- Professional services or public accounting experience preferred
- Familiarity with billing, HR administration, and office operations
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and administrative software
- Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information
Location: West Los Angeles, CA (In-office)
Salary: $100,000–$140,000 (DOE)
