You’ll work closely with suppliers and the buying team to support purchasing activities, monitor product pricing, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers on fresh new product listings, promotional pricing, and other buying-related matters.
- Provide accurate product, cost, and supplier data to the Central IM Support Team to maintain data integrity.
- Ensure barcode and item information is correctly updated by liaising with buyers and suppliers.
- Respond promptly and professionally to supplier queries, delivering excellent service.
- Offer general administrative support to help the buying team achieve business goals.
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office for reports and presentations.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a passion for retail.
