Full Job Description
Outgoing and friendly individual who enjoys welcoming patients and providing excellent customer service with a smile will love this job! We’ll keep you on your toes with a variety of things to do. Answer phones, schedule appointments, collect payments, and provide a great experience to our clients. Maintain our social media account, call leads and schedule health talks for our community. Strong phone and communication skills, organization and attention to detail are all required. We are a family practice serving San Diego for over 30 years. Preferred minimum hours are : Mondays and Wednesdays 8am -6:30pm. Tuesday and Thursday afternoons 2:00pm-6:00pm, Fridays 8am-1pm. Weekly hours worked estimated at 32-35 hours.
