Front Desk Coordinator – Medical Spa (Full-Time)

Located in Southlake, TX, our high-end medical spa is committed to delivering safety, quality, and unparalleled service. We believe that healing and beauty start from the very first interaction, and we’re seeking someone who will embody that belief every single day.
Position Details:
Location: Southlake, TX (Applicants should reside within 30 miles)
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Compensation: $18–$22 per hour (based on experience)
Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
Serve as the first face patients see — delivering a warm, polished, and professional welcome.
Manage check-in and check-out procedures with precision and care.
Conduct thoughtful tours for new patients, showcasing rooms, services, and amenities.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless daily operations.
Communicate with product reps, staying informed about the latest offerings to better serve patients.
Handle bank deposits and administrative tasks with accuracy.
Help drive scheduling efficiency and promote product/membership sales, all while delivering the highest level of customer service.
Who You Are:
A seasoned customer service professional with 5+ years of high-level experience.
Warm, approachable, honest, reliable, and consistent — a person people trust.
Energetic but detail-oriented, balancing friendliness with professionalism.
Passionate about creating a positive environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
Excited by the idea of growing within the practice and potentially expanding into clinical support roles over time.
