Responsibilities
Job Description
Front Desk & Reception Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, and visitors.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries in a professional and
friendly manner.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure safeguarding and sign-in procedures are
followed.
- Receive and distribute mail, parcels, and internal correspondence.
- Provide accurate information regarding school programmes, policies, and
procedures.
General Office Administration
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily school
operations.
- Maintain and update student records in the school data management system
(iSAMS).
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into iSAMS and other relevant systems.
- Oversee Bookshop operations, including stock monitoring, sales coordination, and
inventory tracking.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of Student ID cards for new students.
- Process and issue Parent ID cards for new parents as part of the onboarding
process.
- Assist with document preparation, filing, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Maintain confidentiality of all student and parent information.
Admissions & Onboarding Support
- Respond to admissions enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Assist in processing application documents and maintaining accurate admissions
records in iSAMS.
- Support the onboarding process for new families, ensuring documentation is
complete and systems are updated.
- Lead and coordinate admissions and recruitment events — including school tours,
open days, trial classes, educational fairs, roadshows, and promotional activities to
drive enrolment growth and enhance the school’s brand presence.
- Assist with tracking admissions data and generating basic reports when required.
