We are seeking a friendly, organized and professional individual to join our team as areceptionist.
Our KBC office is the head office for our other key businesses covering finance, soccer and coffee. The ideal candidate will be a versatile professional who can efficiently support office operations in a diverse group of businesses. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors and the team with a warm, professional demeanor
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
Provide basic information to clients and visitors in person, via email, or by phone
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
Oversee daily office activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Support office policies and procedures
Coordinate office maintenance, security, and access
Support the organization and coordination of company events, meetings, and team-building activities
Manage daily out of office and vacation calendars
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree an asset
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role minimum 3 years
Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Telus Business Connect
Strong organizational abilities with exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
Professional appearance
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
