Front Desk Agent
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
– Manage incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
– Assist in organizing events and handling reservations
– Provide information about services, facilities, and events
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
– Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing documents
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in customer support or a similar role
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Ability to type accurately and efficiently
– Previous experience in office management or as a medical receptionist is a plus
