We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and clerical duties.
Utilize QuickBooks for basic financial transactions as needed.
Support team members with various projects as required.
Experience
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Ability to perform clerical duties such as data entry and document preparation.
