Job Summary
We are seeking a Front Office / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Duties
– Manage front desk duties including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling inquiries.
– Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
– Assist with office management tasks to ensure smooth operations.
– Coordinate calendar schedules and appointments.
– Utilize computer skills for various tasks including email communication and data entry.
– Support event planning activities as needed.
– Familiarity with DealerCenter and Dealertrack software is a plus.

Qualifications
– Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (Spanish and English)
– Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
– Proven experience in customer service or related field
– Knowledge of office procedures is preferred
