Summary

Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking guests.
- Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
- Min1-year year work experience in hotel operations.
- Preferable know opera system
- Good customer service, communications, and interpersonal skills are a must.
