hisensei is an online private tutoring service for Cambridge and IB international curricula (IGCSE, A Level, IBDP) and SAT/ACT preparation. We’re hiring a Full-Time Admin Marketing who will act as the main point of contact for our families — part administrator, part education consultant.
What you’ll do
Parent Communication & Consultation
- Serve as the primary contact for parents and students throughout their journey with us
- Consult with parents to understand their child’s academic goals, curriculum, and exam timeline, then recommend the right programme and tutor
- Conduct trial class follow-ups and enrollment conversations
- Provide regular progress updates to parents and handle feedback, concerns, and requests
- Build long-term relationships that drive retention and referrals
Admin & Operations
- Manage student and tutor scheduling, including rescheduling and make-up classes
- Handle enrollment administration: contracts, student records, and class documentation
- Create and issue invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding bills
- Maintain internal databases, reports, and operational documentation
- Coordinate with tutors on class reports, attendance, and material distribution
- Support promotional campaigns, partnership activations, and events
What we’re looking for
- Minimum D3/S1 in any field
- 1+ years in admin, marketing, sales, or customer service (education industry strongly preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English — you’ll be advising international families daily
- Confident communicator who can hold a consultative conversation, not just answer questions
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Excel/Spreadsheets, WhatsApp Business, and Instagram
- Detail-oriented and organized, with genuine care for student outcomes
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Cambridge, IB, or SAT/ACT pathways
- Experience with Canva, CRM tools, or invoicing software
