Essentials:

• Answer and screens telephone calls & e-mails in a friendly and professional manner.

• Proactively assist in addressing customer service issues.

• Update support documents for Quality Control Center.

• Provide administrative support for the Quality Control Center team (mailing, copying, filing, faxing and other administrative duties).

• Order and monitor office supplies.

• Support supervisor and team with general accounting, and other duties as needed.

• Very Customer Service oriented

• Responsible for recording all expenses and reconciling the general ledger.

Critical Skillset:

• High school diploma required; some college is preferred.

• Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required.

• Proficient experience required with computer applications including Excel, Word, and working knowledge of PeopleSoft preferred.

• Must have 3 years Accounts Payable experience.

• Strong Excel skills required.
