💼 The Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-centric individual to manage and drive seamless immigration experiences for our global healthcare talent and enterprise clients.
At Relocal, immigration is not just paperwork. It is a critical part of enabling life-changing cross-border opportunities. Your role is to ensure that every healthcare professional we place moves across borders smoothly, compliantly, and confidently.
You will serve as the bridge between candidates, hospitals, and global immigration systems, translating complex regulations into clear, actionable, and tech scalable processes.
🚀 Your Ownership Areas:
i) You’ll own end-to-end case management and onboarding experience,
- Own the full lifecycle of immigration cases across multiple jurisdictions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and nurses, guiding them with clarity and responsiveness throughout the process.
- Manage visa applications, healthcare licensing, work permits, and approvals with regulatory boards, governments, university, and embassies with precision and compliance.
ii) You’ll drive compliance, advisory, and risk management,
- Interpret and apply evolving immigration laws, policies, and procedures to guide clients and candidates effectively.
- Advise stakeholders on immigration pathways, timelines, risks, and requirements enabling informed decision-making while minimizing legal and procedural risks.
- Stay up-to-date with global immigration developments and proactively communicate changes that may impact ongoing or future cases.
iii) You’ll coordinate across a global ecosystem and solve complex challenges,
- Liaise with government agencies, consulates, embassies, third-party providers, and Relocal’s international network to monitor case progress and resolve issues efficiently.
- Act as the central coordination point between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Handle unexpected challenges during the immigration process with speed, ownership, and strong problem-solving judgment.
iv) You’ll ensure operational excellence and build for scale,
- Maintain accurate, structured, and secure case records for all clients and candidates.
- Track case progress, manage documentation workflows, and ensure all data is accessible, consistent, and audit-ready.
- Support billing processes, track time efficiently, and maintain strong commercial awareness, including scope management.
- Leverage tools, data, and insights to continuously improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to building scalable infrastructure by translating operational knowledge into systems, playbooks, and tech-enabled workflows.
v) You'll build and improve the tech backbone behind our operations
- Own the functional design of Relocal's internal tools including our ATS, onboarding tracker, and people ops systems, working closely with the engineering team to build, test, and refine how they work.
- Spot inefficiencies in our workflows and processes, and work with the team to fix them through automation or better tooling.
- Bring a tech savvy mindset and comfort with picking up new tools quickly. Knowledge of Claude and Notion is a plus.
📝 Qualifications:
- Have an undergraduate degree in any discipline. Candidates with a non-traditional academic pathway are welcomed to apply
- Has a growth and critical thinking mindset; you're comfortable navigating ambiguous environments and are energised by the prospect of helping build processes with little guidance
- Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to experiment, iterate, and learn from failure
- Comfortable with trial and error and not afraid to try new approaches and refine them along the way
- Confident in building, testing, and continuously improving processes and playbooks from the ground up
- Strong proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
