Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bali, working within our BPO team dedicated to a key client based in Australia. We’re inviting expressions of interest from Google Ads specialists at junior, mid, and senior levels; immediate start available. Whatever your level, you’ll be running paid search that’s accountable to real commercial outcomes for this Australian account. Junior applicants will execute and optimise day-to-day under direction while learning the craft properly. Mid applicants will run and optimise campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Shopping with real autonomy. Senior applicants will own strategy, account structure, and spend efficiency at scale, and present results directly to the client. Across all levels the work spans building and managing campaigns, structured testing on bidding, audiences, creative, and feeds, maintaining conversion tracking through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, managing Shopping feeds and Merchant Center, and turning performance data into clear, actionable reporting. Because the role is dedicated to an Australian client, comfort working to Australian business hours and market context is important. Qualifications
- Hands-on Google Ads experience, at a level that matches the role you’re applying for: Junior 1 year+, Mid 2–3 years+, Senior 4 years+.
- Working command of Search, and (for mid and senior) Performance Max and Shopping.
- Comfortable with GA4 and Google Tag Manager; feed/Merchant Center experience for mid and senior.
- Good grasp of paid KPIs and attribution, scaling with level.
- Able to interpret data and act on it; senior applicants can set strategy and defend it to the client.
- Comfortable working to Australian business hours (AEST) and with the Australian market.
- Available for an immediate start.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Organised, proactive, and dependable.
- Hold a current driver’s license.
- Hold the correct, valid work permits for Indonesia.
- Google Ads certification, Shopify exposure, or cross-channel experience (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) is highly regarded.
