We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Operations & Services to lead initiatives that enhance patient experience, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the hospital.
As the Head of Operations & Services, you will:
- Champion operational excellence by leading service improvement initiatives that elevate the patient experience.
- Collaborate with Siloam Head Office to implement organization-wide operational excellence programs and become a key change agent within the hospital.
- Analyze patient feedback, complaints, and service performance data to identify improvement opportunities and implement impactful solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to optimize hospital operations across both clinical and non-clinical services.
- Develop, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes to ensure service quality, efficiency, and compliance with hospital standards.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement that empowers teams to deliver outstanding healthcare experiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospital operations, healthcare management, operational excellence, or project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, develop, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
- Solid understanding of hospital operations, patient journey, service quality, and process improvement.
- Experience managing operational projects and driving organizational change is highly preferred.
