What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for patients, mainly over the phone
- Handle a high volume of calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide clear, accurate information and route inquiries efficiently
- Support scheduling and email communication using Google Workspace
- Assist with administrative and executive support tasks as needed
- Help create a smooth, positive experience for every patient interaction
What You Bring
- Experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role
- Healthcare experience (required)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Spanish is a strong plus
- A calm, patient, and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with Gmail, Google Calendar, and basic admin tools
