📍 Remote – India
VMC Immigration Services is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations / Back Office Executive to support our immigration processing team.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in documentation, file handling, process coordination, and backend operations related to immigration or similar industries.
⏰ WORK TIMING
9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST (Toronto Time)
(Full-time availability during these hours is mandatory)
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare and organize immigration files and documentation
• Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate with clients for pending documents and follow-ups
• Maintain trackers, records, and file status updates
• Assist the operations team with backend processing and compliance-related tasks
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submissions

• You have 2–3+ years of experience in operations/back office/documentation roles
• You are highly organized and detail-oriented
• You are comfortable handling confidential documents and client information
• You can manage multiple files/tasks simultaneously
• You have good written and verbal communication skills
• Immigration industry experience will be preferred
