Key Responsibilities
- Maintain guest rooms, villas, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Ensure all rooms are prepared according to Alila brand standards and guest expectations.
- Replenish guest amenities, linens, and supplies while maintaining attention to detail.
- Report maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up to preserve the quality of guest accommodations.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping-related inquiries.
- Handle guest belongings and hotel assets with the utmost care and integrity.
- Support sustainability initiatives and adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Housekeeping within a luxury hotel or resort environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards.
- Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
- Good communication skills; basic English proficiency is an advantage
