Position
The resource will join the HR Admin & Payroll Team and work on all the activities related to the function.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform timecard reconciliation in Zucchetti, ensuring accurate recording of employee attendance.
- Manage mandatory communications, including UNILAV (Unified Employment Communication) for new hires, terminations, and other employment changes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Conduct through review and control of payslips processed by the external provider according to a defined schedule, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Provide administrative onboarding training to new hires, explaining key administrative topics such as TFR, fringe benefits, company assets policies, and the completion of necessary self-certifications.
- Control and submit files for payroll loading, including data for car fringe benefits, expense reports, and bonuses derived from integrative agreements.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to payroll slips, labor regulations, and new HR policies implemented within the company.
- Prepare and submit various reports and communications to third parties, such as Industrial Unions, trade unions, and Istat (Italian National Institute of Statistics).
- Perform accurate and timely data entry and updates in SuccessFactors for various employee life cycle events (e.g., hires, terminations, changes in work profile/hours, long leave absences, cost center changes).
Profile
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience (internship included) in an HR administration and payroll-focused role.
- Knowledge of HR software and systems, specifically Zucchetti and SuccessFactors.
- Knowledge of Italian labor law, administrative procedures, and payroll regulations (e.g., UNILAV, TFR).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data management and reconciliation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.
