  • Graduate of BS Psychology/Human Resources
  • With at least 3-5 years experience in General Human Resources
  • Full understanding of HR Functions and best practices
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Preferably with extensive experience on General Human Resources such as but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, Employee Information, Employee Relation, Training and Development and Timekeeping
  • With strong analytical thinking and can do multitasking
  • Strong attention to details and following through on deadlines
  • Previous experience in similar roles and past faced working environment
