  • Managing Office Operations and ensuring a conductive work environment for employees with major and minor issues.
  • Enhance Vendor Communication and Transparency in Payments
  • Able to quickly adapt to organizational systems, policies, procedures, and work processes.
  • CSR Project: Support CSR Initiatives
  • MD/Expat Support
  • Ensure that MD and Expat’s support requirements (including travel, accommodation, and office resources) are addressed on top priority of receiving the request.
  • Coordinate all aspects of the expat relocation process, including visa processing; housing arrangements etc., ensuring all processes are completed within the timeline and requirements.

Education;

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in HRM/MBA will be an added advantage.

Experiences;

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and office administration.
  • Familiarity with Nepal Labor Act and related employment regulations is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of HRIS and HR documentation practices.

  • Strong reporting and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability to organizational systems, processes, and changing business requirements.
