Position Summary:

The Office Administrator supports the overall function of the iCopy Legal Loveland office by managing various administrative and operational tasks as needed. This role offers flexibility in responsibilities and is ideal for someone who can adapt quickly, stay organized, and take ownership of their workload. The ability to work independently and handle multiple types of requests is key.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Support

Coordinate office-related needs such as supplies, mail, vendor contact, and equipment troubleshooting.

Respond to requests from staff and leadership, providing assistance on a variety of administrative needs.

Prepare documents, manage communications, and support ad hoc projects with minimal oversight.

Finance & Documentation

Assist with logging expenses, handling invoices, and making bank deposits for incoming checks.

Support basic administrative recordkeeping, document organization, and expense tracking.

Employee & Onboarding Assistance

Support onboarding by managing paperwork and setup for new hires.

Maintain employee files and assist with administrative HR follow-up as needed.

Coordinate small-scale staff activities and assist with training logistics.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Clear and effective written and verbal communication.

Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Workspace, and Adobe tools.

Comfortable navigating new systems or learning software when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
