The role would require a few hours of presence each week to support ongoing site level administrative and facility related activities.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Manage access control for the OKC site
  • Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for building administration
  • Support Knoxville site closure activities as per timeline
  • Assist with IT hardware related tasks (desktop setup, laptop shipping, etc.) an deliveries.
  • Oversee site level facility management (cleaning, vendor coordination, invoice processing, provisioning)
  • Ensure compliance requirements (PCI, logical security controls) are maintained at the site level
  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and any on site administrative support requirements
