The role would require a few hours of presence each week to support ongoing site level administrative and facility related activities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Manage access control for the OKC site
- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for building administration
- Support Knoxville site closure activities as per timeline
- Assist with IT hardware related tasks (desktop setup, laptop shipping, etc.) an deliveries.
- Oversee site level facility management (cleaning, vendor coordination, invoice processing, provisioning)
- Ensure compliance requirements (PCI, logical security controls) are maintained at the site level
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and any on site administrative support requirements
