The HR Coordinator supports the human resources department by performing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks related to HR operations. This includes recruiting support, onboarding, employee record management, scheduling interviews, assisting with benefits administration, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly and efficiently. The HR Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining compliance, improving employee experience, and ensuring timely and accurate HR services.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates.
Prepare onboarding materials and support new hire orientation.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality.
Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., absences, leaves, promotions).
Support benefits administration including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Respond to employee questions and direct them to appropriate HR personnel.
Coordinate and track employee training sessions, performance reviews, and HR compliance activities.
Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and presentations.
Help organize company events, wellness programs, or employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1–2 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems).
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.19 – $22.93 per hour
