Role Description

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and service-oriented HR Executive (Admin) to join our team at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK Station, Cengkareng). This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day Human Resources operations by ensuring accurate HR administration, attendance management, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle processes at the station. You will play an important role as the extension of the Head Office HR Team, working closely with Station Management to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, procedures, and operational excellence across the station.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting directly to the HR Manager. You will collaborate closely with Head Office HR, Station Management, and Airport Authorities to ensure smooth HR operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience while supporting business continuity.

Job Description

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage daily HR administration, including attendance, roster, overtime, leave, schedule changes, and absenteeism records.
  • Prepare and submit regular HR reports, including attendance, manpower movement, new joiners, leave, and employee status updates.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding activities, including document collection, orientation arrangements, and system registration.
  • Administer employment contracts, contract renewals, and employee documentation.
  • Prepare employment letters and other HR administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
  • Process and coordinate airport pass applications and submissions.

Recruitment & Onboarding Support

  • Coordinate recruitment activities to support station manpower requirements.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers and the Head Office HR Team.
  • Support pre-employment documentation and onboarding preparation for new employees.

Employee Relations

  • Assist in preparing Warning Letters (SP) and other disciplinary documentation in coordination with the Head Office HR Team.
  • Conduct basic coaching or counseling related to attendance, discipline, and company policies when required.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and administrative procedures.
  • Escalate employee relations issues to the Head Office HR Team when necessary.

HR Coordination & Compliance

  • Act as the primary HR contact at the station and maintain close coordination with the Head Office HR Team.
  • Coordinate with Station Management on manpower planning and HR operational matters.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
  • Support HR audits and provide required documentation.
  • Maintain a good working relationship with Airport Authorities to ensure compliance with manpower regulations.
  • Perform other HR operational duties assigned by the Head Office HR Team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR Administration, HR Operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in attendance administration, employee documentation, recruitment, and general HR operations is preferred.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel; knowledge of HRIS or SAP is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Adaptable, service-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality HR support.
