KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers.
  • Prepare job announcements and arrange interviews.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
  • Ensure new employees receive proper orientation and necessary information.

2. Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
  • Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.

3. Employee Relations

  • Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.
  • Handle employee concerns and complaints professionally and confidentially.

4. Performance & Employee Development

  • Coordinate probation and performance evaluation processes.

5. General Administration

  • Supervise daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and administrative services.
  • Support company events, meetings, staff activities, and other administrative arrangements.

6. Labor Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with company policies and applicable Cambodian labor regulations.
  • Maintain proper employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
  • Understanding of Cambodian labor regulations and HR practices.
  • Good knowledge of general administration and office management.
  • Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
