KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers.
- Prepare job announcements and arrange interviews.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding arrangements.
- Ensure new employees receive proper orientation and necessary information.
2. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Coordinate monthly payroll preparation and verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
- Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
3. Employee Relations
- Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.
- Handle employee concerns and complaints professionally and confidentially.
4. Performance & Employee Development
- Coordinate probation and performance evaluation processes.
5. General Administration
- Supervise daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, facilities, and administrative services.
- Support company events, meetings, staff activities, and other administrative arrangements.
6. Labor Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with company policies and applicable Cambodian labor regulations.
- Maintain proper employment contracts, employee records, and HR documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR administration.
- Understanding of Cambodian labor regulations and HR practices.
- Good knowledge of general administration and office management.
- Good command of Khmer and English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
