Stronger Oregon is hiring for a multi-role position who will fulfill the roles of reception and scheduling as well as some billing (collecting co-pays). We are a fast-growing mental health agency which largely has a team of therapists delivering services in local schools as well as the broader community in our offices throughout Oregon. Your role would be to complete billing for services, input clients into the Electronic Health Record, assist with scheduling and greet patients with kindness. The ideal candidate will have experience in each of these roles, has great work ethic and is independently driven.
Requirements:
Must have 1 year or more experience working within an electronic health record.
Must have 1 year or more scheduling/receptionist background in a medical setting.
Must be personable, supportive and thorough when community members navigate the process to get help.
Be able to multi-task, prioritize, organize and collaborate.
Must communicate, complete and store patient information to FARPA and HIPAA standards.
Pass a background check.
Pass a drug test.
Benefits:
Compensation is dependent on experience and is hourly. Bonuses happen too!
