HR Generalist.
Redbird Bioscience is looking for an enthusiastic person to perform the administration and recruiting efforts for our Stilwell location. In this position you will be tasked with responsibilities to support employee engagement efforts including interviewing process, onboarding, orientation, and various other company programs and initiatives. The Human Generalist will play a significant role in the overall success of the local team by ensuring confidentiality and compliance through employee data management and other administrative tasks.
Positions roles and responsibilities:
Supporting the entire employee cycle from job applications, interview process, new hire on-boarding. Conducting pre-employment screening and processing including I-9 forms and the E-Verify process, inputting all new team members information into the company’s systems, maintaining employment data as well as payroll for the facility.
Enforcement of Redbirds policies and procedures while ensuring adherence to legal and company standards
Maintaining a tracking system for associate performance reviews.
Assisting with reporting and data extraction when needed by other departments.
Managing HR programs including, the health and wellness programming, community service, and providing HR support to the Redbird associates.
Overseeing the payroll processing, training and compliance, performance management, and internal HR matters as needed.
Maintaining employee confidence and protect operations integrity by keeping human resources information confidential.
Maintaining human resources professional development by attending educational workshops and seminars, as well as by reviewing publications
Qualifications:
College degree in a related field preferred.
0-2 years of working experience in a human resources role.
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft office.
Demonstrated ability to think and act proactively, able to meet timelines, follow through and follow-up with the team.
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format.
The ability to exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the team.

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
