About the Role

We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance. The ideal candidate will work closely with leadership, manage end-to-end HR processes, and help build a strong and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Build and execute hiring strategies to attract the best talent.
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding.
  • Coordinate with leadership & department heads for manpower planning.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline through job portals, networks, and referrals.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Oversee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HRMS updates.
  • Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee records.
  • Ensure smooth handling of employee queries across departments.
  • Implement standardized HR processes for efficiency and transparency.

3. Performance Management & Culture Building

  • Lead performance review cycles and coordinate feedback sessions.
  • Strengthen company culture through engagement activities, team events & feedback systems.
  • Conduct 1:1 interactions, resolve concerns, and boost employee retention.
  • Support leadership in building a high-performance work environment.

4. Compliance, Policies & Governance

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements & company policies.
  • Maintain HR documentation, audit reports, and compliance records.
  • Update HR policies to match organizational growth & industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4+ years of proven HR experience (HR Manager or HR Generalist roles preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business; MBA in HR preferred.
