About the Role:
East Cobb Center for Nursing and Healing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and personable HR/Payroll Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facility. In this role, you’ll handle key HR and payroll functions while helping maintain a welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Process employee payroll accurately and on time
Assist with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
Support HR compliance efforts and personnel file maintenance
Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally
Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and staff
Coordinate with department heads regarding timekeeping and attendance
Manage basic administrative tasks such as filing, mail sorting, and operating office equipment
What You Bring to the Table:
Payroll experience required (healthcare experience preferred)
Familiarity with HR processes, including onboarding and employee recordkeeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail
A team-oriented attitude and a high level of professionalism
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week)
