Job Description:
- Manage and update employee personal data, employment contract information, and employment status.
- Archive important employee-related documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of employee data.
- Monitor and adjust employee attendance in the system and in real time.
- Assist in the employee recruitment process.
- Arrange interview schedules.
- Conducting orientation for new employees in accordance with the Company’s basic SOP.
- Handling correspondence related to HR and employees.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, or Law is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to identify and resolve employee issues and handle conflicts wisely.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and caution in performing tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office applications
- Ability to manage time and complete tasks on time.
