Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible of all recruitment end to end process
- Ensure all documents of new joiners are complete
- Work closely with users to understand their staff requirements, specific job objectives
- Assist to HR/GA manager
- Responsible for the administration and daily affairs, assisting in the comprehensive coordination between departments.
- Support company events, meetings, business trips, and other administrative activities.
- Complete other general affairs and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Chinese proficiency is required as working language
- Detail and like Administrative work
- Able to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
