HRIS Systems Analyst Jobs in Murfreesboro, TN at SRM Concrete

Job Summary
We’re seeking an HRIS Analyst to support the maintenance, optimization, and reporting functions within our Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational HRIS experience and is ready to take on more responsibility in system administration, user support, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain data accuracy across HR modules in Dayforce (e.g., Payroll, Benefits, WFM, People, Compensation).
Provide first level support for day-to-day HRIS inquiries and troubleshooting.
Support various workflows within the system.
Generate and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports using Dayforce reporting tools.
Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements, test configurations, and implement system changes.
Document HRIS processes, support user training, and help enhance data integrity practices.
Monitor background jobs, imports/exports, and system notifications to ensure seamless HRIS performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field or the equivalent in years of experience
2 years of hands-on experience with Dayforce preferred; experience with another HCM system (Workday, UKG, ADP, etc.) acceptable if willing to learn Dayforce.
Understanding of basic HR and payroll concepts (e.g., FLSA, benefits eligibility, onboarding).
Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, filtering).
Comfortable working with sensitive data and exercising discretion/confidentiality.
Proven problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Exposure to XML forms, data imports, or Dayforce system configuration is a plus.
Generate and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports using Dayforce reporting tools.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
