Key Responsibilities:
As our Marketing Insight Analyst, you’ll work from our Administration Building on East 71st Street in Cuyahoga Heights, OH. Your role is evaluating marketing data from Hubspot and our CRM platform to build target audiences for our marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the rest of our marketing team to brainstorm new ideas, give input on social media, marketing content, and creative initiatives.
You’ll contribute to our marketing team by:
Monitoring CRM performance to evaluate and solve problems
Manage the daily execution of our email campaigns and develop strategies to improve revenue
Organize and monitor our HubSpot Dashboards
Analyze member data and make recommendations on marketing and customer service initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years’ experience in a marketing environment
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
Database management execution and maintenance experience
Proficiency with tools of the trade: computers, tablets, marketing software, and video editing equipment
Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
Work Schedule: This is a full-time, Monday-Friday role, with hours from 8:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No weekend work required!
