JOB SUMMARY
About the role:
This individual will be responsible for updating SharePoint lists which are very similar to an online form. They will work primarily in Excel. Although they do not need to be advanced users, they need to be comfortable and experienced working in Excel, including within shared online files.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage incoming requests submitted through inbox (approximately 5–15 requests per day); Each request may have a different volume.
- Track and document requests using standardized spreadsheets and trackers.
- Review submissions for completeness and accuracy, ensuring required fields and supporting documentation are included.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records to support reporting and audit readiness.
- Partner with two experienced team members for guidance on requests that require additional context or specialized knowledge.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience working with spreadsheets (Excel) and Microsoft.
- Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable following structured processes and checklists.
- Quick learner with the ability to escalate questions appropriately.
