Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Admin & Payroll Executive with a strong background in the manufacturing industry to manage HR operations, payroll processing, compliance, and employee administration. The candidate should be willing to travel to Dahej, Gujarat for approximately 15 days every month to support plant HR activities.

Key Responsibilities HR Administration

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
  • Coordinate with employees and plant management for HR-related activities.
  • Support manpower planning and workforce management.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, and benefits.
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure data accuracy.

Payroll Management

  • Process monthly payroll including salary calculations, deductions, incentives, overtime, and allowances.
  • Manage attendance inputs, shift details, and payroll-related data.
  • Ensure timely payroll processing and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Handle statutory deductions and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with finance teams for payroll-related activities.

Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
  • Manage records related to PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Professional Tax, and Labour Welfare.
  • Coordinate with government authorities and external consultants when required.
  • Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation.

Plant HR Support

  • Coordinate with production and operations teams for manpower requirements.
  • Handle contract labour management and vendor coordination.
  • Support employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and management updates.
