Position Summary:

Are you someone who enjoys both the structure of HR processes and the story data can tell? We’re looking for a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team as an HR Administrative Analyst. In this dynamic, role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the employee experience from behind the scenes, managing day-to-day HR operations while also diving into data that helps shape strategic decisions.

You’ll be the go-to for maintaining accurate employee records, streamlining onboarding and compliance, and producing meaningful reports that give leadership the insights they need. Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

Manage employee records and ensure accuracy in the HRIS and files.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordinating new hire paperwork and exit interviews.
Assist with compliance-related activities such as I-9 verification, reporting, and audits.
Respond promptly to employee inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate scheduling for interviews, training sessions, and employee communications.
Support day-to-day HR operations and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Support the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

· Be a liaison to the payroll department to ensure all employee data is accurate.

HR Data Analysis:

Collect, analyze, and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, time-off usage, and employee engagement.
Maintain dashboards and regular reports for HR leadership and Executives leadership
Identify trends and provide insights to improve workforce planning, retention, and performance management.
Assist with compensation benchmarking and benefits cost analysis.
Support HR projects including system upgrades, policy reviews, and organizational planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

Minimum of an associate degree in a business-related field relevant to HR administration.
1–2 years of experience to support our HR department in daily operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams); familiarity with HRIS platforms is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
Experience supporting remote or multi-state and global workforce operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 – $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
