Summary
We are seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our team at ABA Results. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our HR functions, including onboarding employees, document management, and attendance management. Your contributions will help us maintain a positive work environment that reflects our commitment to client well-being and organizational excellence.
Responsibilities
Reception during the off days and hours for secretary.
Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
Staff document collection and filing.
RTO forms tracking and updating.
Other duties as assigned but not listed.
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to adapt to change sometimes at a moment’s notice
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
