Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in manufacturing? We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Executive to join our team in Asaba.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Proven experience as an HR Executive/HR & Admin Officer in a manufacturing company.
– Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
– Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and general HR administration.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems is an added advantage.
