Job Summary
The HR Executive supports the Human Resources Department in daily HR operations including recruitment, employee records management, payroll assistance, attendance monitoring, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role ensures smooth HR administration and contributes to maintaining a professional and productive work environment.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Posting job advertisements and screening applications.
- Arrange interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare employment contracts and offer letters.
- Conduct new employee orientation and onboarding documentation.
- Maintain updated employee database.
2. Employee Records & Documentation
- Maintain and update employee personal files (hardcopy and digital).
- Ensure all employee documents are complete and properly filled.
- Monitor probation periods and contract expiry dates.
- Prepare HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, etc.).
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance records.
- Track leaves applications and maintains leave balance records.
- Prepare monthly attendance summary for payroll processing.
- Report absenteeism or disciplinary issues to HR Manager.
4. Payroll & Benefits Support
- Preparing payroll data (attendance, overtime, leave deduction).
- Support statutory contributions (SSB, income tax, etc.).
- Coordinate employee benefits and insurance documentation.
- Handle employee reimbursement claims.
5. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure employees follow company policies and procedures.
- Support HR Manager in policy updates and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company regulations.
6. Employee Relations & Administrative Support
- Respond to employee HR-related inquiries.
- Assist in organizing staff meetings, training, and company events.
- Support disciplinary processes when required.
- Prepare HR reports as requested by management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of HR or administrative experience (pharma/FMCG preferred).
- Knowledge of Myanmar labor law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Honest, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
