Job Description:
- Identify system requirements across various HR domains, including recruitment, employee database, payroll, and performance evaluation.
- Design and develop HR system features in accordance with user requirements and corporate policies.
- Ensure seamless and accurate integration of HR data across key functions (HR, Finance, and IT).
- Maintain, test, and troubleshoot existing HR systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Compile technical documentation and comprehensive reports on HR system development.
- Analyze user requirements across all HR modules (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, HR Services, and Performance Management).
- Design digital HR workflows to ensure processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with company HR policies.
- Produce detailed technical documentation, including system workflows, user guides, and functional specifications.
- Conduct system testing (User Acceptance Testing) in collaboration with the HR team prior to deployment or feature updates.
- Monitor HR system performance and ensure employee data is recorded accurately and kept up to date.
- Resolve technical issues or system errors affecting daily HR operations (e.g., attendance, payroll, leave management).
- Collaborate with developers or system vendors for ongoing maintenance and enhancements of the HR system.
- Participate in HR digital transformation projects aimed at improving workflow efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in system development, business requirements analysis, and technical documentation
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, database management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Deep understanding of HR business workflows, comprehensive process mapping, and system security protocols.
- Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proven capability to analyze user needs, resolve technical issues, and ensure seamless system integration across HR, Finance, and IT.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to technical details.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal developers, system vendors, and cross-functional teams.
