Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to join our growing healthcare team. As the HR Manager, you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, playing a key role in supporting the organization’s overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in talent management, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry’s unique HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:Lead the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the healthcare facility.
Employee Relations:Act as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance and resolving issues related to workplace behavior, policies, and interpersonal conflicts.
Performance Management:Oversee performance review processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop strategies for employee development and succession planning.
Compliance & Regulations:Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and labor laws, including HIPAA, OSHA, FMLA, and ADA. Stay updated on changes in legislation affecting healthcare employees.
Training & Development:Identify training needs and work with department heads to provide ongoing development programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
Benefits and Compensation:Benefits administration and the annual review process. Provide guidance on competitive salary structures and healthcare benefits packages.
Workplace Culture:Promote and maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive work culture. Initiate programs that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Health & Safety:Oversee employee health and safety programs in compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
HR Reporting & Analytics:Track HR metrics, including turnover rates, hiring trends, and employee satisfaction scores. Provide reports to leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare-specific regulations, such as HIPAA, OSHA, and FMLA.
Skills & Competencies:
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage conflict and handle sensitive employee issues.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strategic thinking with the ability to implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and healthcare compliance standards.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
