Responsibilities
Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Manage talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media management.
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
Develop and implement succession planning initiatives to ensure organizational stability.
Collaborate with department heads on employee performance management and development plans.
Utilize HR software for efficient data management and reporting.
Provide guidance on employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely manner.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager for a home health agency, at least three years.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
Familiarity with benefits administration and compliance regulations.
Proficient in using HR software systems.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
Ability to analyze data for informed decision-making in HR practices.
Experience in succession planning is preferred but not mandatory.
