Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and administer payroll system (preferably Infotech), including data updates and system improvements
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other local regulations
- Handle payroll-related matters such as claims, overtime, allowances, and deductions
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and support audit requirements
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties (e.g. auditors, government bodies) on payroll matters
- Support HR operations including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processes, and documentation
- Assist in reviewing and improving payroll processes, policies, and internal controls
- Provide guidance to employees on payroll-related queries
Job Requirements (JR)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-spectrum payroll processing
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems (experience in Infotech is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements
- Experience in HR operations will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
