Role Description

The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lombok, supporting the people operations of Eastern Edge. This role is responsible for administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. The Human Resources Specialist will coordinate employee benefits, assist with performance management cycles, and help maintain compliance with local labor laws and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include responding to employee inquiries, supporting managers with personnel matters, organizing training or development activities, and contributing to an inclusive, high-performing workplace culture. The role will also collaborate with leadership to refine HR practices and support organizational growth in alignment with the company’s mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with practical experience in a corporate or real estate environment preferred.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and maintain clear HR Policies that align with local regulations and company culture.
  • Experience managing Employee Benefits and related administration, including enrollment, communication, and issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Personnel Management, including record-keeping, employee relations support, and performance management coordination.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications: knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, proficiency with HR information systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
