Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update customer information, transactions, and other data into our computer systems
Check and verify data for discrepancies or errors, and flag them for resolution
Assist with data clean-up and organization projects to maintain the integrity of our databases
Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient data entry processes
Provide support to other departments by generating reports and extracting data as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
1-2 years of data entry experience, preferably in a financial or banking setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data entry software
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of banking regulations and credit union operations is a plus
